The World’s Can’t-Miss Beach Destinations
This is just one person’s opinion, but there’s nothing more relaxing than being on the beach with the weaves crashing in the background.

The world is full of amazing beaches, and we think you should visit as many as you can before you die. That said, these specific beaches stand out in various ways. So visit while you still have a chance.

Maui, Hawaii
Hawaii is a bucket list kind of place.

But while so many flock to Honolulu and the main tourist attractions (there’s nothing wrong with that, the beaches of Waikiki are also incredible), we think Maui truly stands out.

Kaanapali beach is a dream and should be on everyone’s beach list.

Palombaggia, France
Talk about a bucket list trip.

This is actually on an island between France and Italy and is one of the most serene places on Earth.

Located on Corsica’s southern coast in Porto-Vecchio, Palombaggia offers picturesque views and stunning scenery sure to make your social media followers jealous.

Long Beach Island, New Jersey
OK, so the Jersey Shore doesn’t exactly have the greatest reputation because of a certain television show.

But this is a great family destination, and the Shore is always packed.

Plus, for the wild side, the boardwalk is nearby.

But the waves are gentle and won’t sweep you away.

Sanibel Island, Florida
Sanibel and Captiva are two of the best beaches on the west coast of Florida.

For the kids, or for anybody, the shelling is fantastic.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
If you like your beaches crowded instead of empty, this is the place for you.

Hey, some people enjoyed the crowds.

The waves are not overwhelming, and there are plenty of places for a great stay, whether you’re with the family or a group of friends looking to have some fun in the sun. Myrtle Beach is an excellent place for a guy’s or girls’ weekend getaway.

Railay Beach, Thailand
This is serenity at its finest.

It is somewhat secluded, and with a giant rock not far from shore. It’s very picturesque as well.

Some people swear by the beaches in Thailand as being very underrated. Check it out for yourself.

Fenwick Island, Delaware
They don’t call this part of The Quiet Baches for nothing.

This might be the most family friendly setting in all of America. The waves are pretty good, but not overwhelming for children.

Not to mention that the hustle and bustle and the long boardwalk of Ocean City, MD, is just a half hour away.

Cancun, Mexico
Are you looking for an affordable adults-only getaway to the beach? Cancun won’t leave you disappointed.

Are there better beaches in Mexico? Perhaps.

But Cancun is a must-visit, even if just once. The destination packs so much into one place, with beautiful resorts, great dining, a fun nightlife, and so much more.

Ibiza, Spain
It’s anything goes at European beaches.

And this is one of the sexiest, but also one of the coolest and an overall great place. The sand is like fine crystal.

We say leave the kids at home and have a stellar time in one of Europe’s most gorgeous destinations.

Navagio, Greece
This beach, off the coast of Greece, is sometimes mentioned as the best in the world.

This is also known as Shipwreck Beach and Smugglers Cove. You’ll definitely make your friends jealous with that anecdote. The view from the cliff top will leave you speechless.
