$172.4M acquisition swells Station’s Las Vegas holdings

Red Rock Resorts subsidiary Station Casinos has added to its Las Vegas area real estate accumulation with the $172.4 million purchase of 126 acres south of the Strip. The large acquisition continues Station’s unusual strategy among area casino operators of stockpiling large tracts of land for future resorts.
