$1B Miami soccer complex with hotel nears final review

Only an approval by the by Miami-Dade Aviation Department is now required to clear the way for a $1 billion soccer stadium and complex home for the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF. The stadium would offer 25,000 seats while the accompanying complex would include a shopping mall, hotel, park and office space as well as redevelopment of a golf course and country club.
