The Fairmont Century Plaza, one of Los Angeles’ most noted hotels, will reopen as part of a mixed-use development after a $2.5 billion renovation. The 16-floor hotel, with 400 guestrooms and 63 privately owned residences, will join a pair of 44-story towers that include retail and luxury homes.
