2 senators ask airlines to refund tickets

Sens. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and Ed Markey, D-Mass., are asking US airlines to refund tickets that were canceled during the pandemic, and at the very least abolish expiration dates. Airlines have refunded billions to passengers but 95,000 more have complained to the Department of Transportation.
