$21.6M N.Y. loan honors hotel’s green commitment

Developers of the Wildflower Farms hotel in New York’s Hudson Valley are touting it as one of the industry’s most environmentally friendly properties after landing a $21.6 million construction loan, the largest ever under a state clean energy program. SY Holdings plans to open the 65-room boutique hotel in the fall of 2022, with Auberge Resorts Collection as manager.
