2nd phase to begin on $640M Cincinnati development

The District at Clifton Heights development in Cincinnati will soon enter its $250 million second phase of construction. The $640 million project, which is expected to finish in 2024, will include a 171-room hotel, a 14-story residential tower offering student housing and commercial space at street level.
