3 major Manhattan deals include $18M hotel building buy

A former hotel building in the Tribeca area sold for $18 million as Manhattan posted three investment transactions between $10 million and $30 million last week. The property acquired from Hersha Hospitality Management is the second hotel Premier Equities intends to reopen using Sonder as management.
