31-story tower with hotel planned for Charlotte, N.C.

Construction may begin late this year on a $600 million, 31-story tower in Charlotte, N.C., said Sagar Rathie, managing director of office at Crescent Communities. The tower, planned in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, will offer 560,000 square feet for offices and 10,000 square feet for retail as well as a hotel and 100 residential units, according to Crescent news release.
