$34M in federal funds going to 2 Hawaiian airports

The Department of Transportation is sending $34 million to Hawaii for upgrades to runways and taxiways at two airports. Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on Oahu will receive nearly $23 million to rebuild 7,755 feet of runway and taxiway pavement, and $11 million will go to Molokai Airport for runway and taxiway improvements.
