The design-edgy, tech-driven lifestyle brand citizenM reportedly has plans to add upwards of 40 hotels to its portfolio of 24 by 2025. The Amsterdam-based chain founded by Rattan Chadha’s KRC Capital in 2008 raised $1 billion for growth in November, led by Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC.
