Australia’s Crown Resorts has rejected as too low the $6.5 billion takeover offer from Blackstone Group. Other concerns, including doubts about regulatory approval, also figured in the Crown board of directors’ vote, which leaves Australia’s Star Entertainment Group as the lead bidder.
