$750M tower would bring upscale hotel, condos to Dallas

A 250-room luxury hotel and 100 condominium homes are envisioned for a Dallas tower that Boston and local developers seek to build at a cost estimated at $750 million. The proposed Four Seasons Turtle Creek would be “a game-changer for the city,” says Richard Friedman, CEO of Carpenter & Co., which is partnering with Dallas’ Perot family.
