Using frequent flyer miles to aid refugees

The Afghan refugee crisis has prompted a flood of frequent flyer donations to Miles4Migrants, a nonprofit that has been helping refugees and asylum-seekers relocate since 2016. The organization can use miles for any airline but has the most need for points on Southwest Airlines, Air Canada, United Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
