Ore. resort sold to Vesta Hospitality for $58M

Vesta Hospitality acquired the Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach, Ore., for $58 million. Vesta plans to invest $9 million to renovate the property, updating its restaurant, guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas and adding new amenities.
