Delta Air Lines expands parental leave benefits

Delta Air Lines is expanding parental leave options for employees, giving most new parents two weeks of paid leave in addition to 10 weeks of maternity leave for birthing parents. The policy covers partners, adoptive parents or surrogate parents, and also allows employees to take unpaid leave until their child is a year old.
