United Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are enhancing the travel experience for their premium cabin passengers with the introduction of new amenity kits featuring products from renowned brands and designers. These kits are designed to provide added comfort and well-being to travelers during their long-haul journeys.

United Airlines, the largest airline in the United States, has partnered with luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue and wellness company Therabody to create new amenity kits and soft goods for its international business class product, United Polaris. These kits incorporate sustainability with recycled plastic canvas bags and bamboo toothbrushes.

Passengers will also enjoy exclusive skincare products from Therabody, including an eye serum, face spray, hand cream, and cleansing towelette. Essential items such as an eye mask, earplugs, socks, and a pen are also included. To further enhance comfort, United Polaris passengers will benefit from refreshed bedding provided by Saks Fifth Avenue, featuring a duvet, a large pillow, and a limited-edition day blanket designed by Claude Kameni, founder of Lavie by CK. This bedding is made from recycled plastic fabric and features modern patterns and colors inspired by the night sky.

Hawaiian Airlines, the largest airline in Hawaii, has collaborated with Hawaii lifestyle brand Noho Home by Jalene Kanani Bell to design new in-flight amenity kits and soft goods, focusing on sustainability and the spirit of aloha. These kits draw inspiration from Hawaiian’s premium cabin on its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, the Leihōkū Suites. They feature three distinct motifs (Kilo Hōkū, Lele, and ʻŌlali) that represent exploration through patterns, colors, designs, and textures.

These kits, made from recycled plastic canvas, are available to business class passengers traveling on Hawaiian’s long-haul international flights and routes between Hawaii and New York, Boston, and Austin. The kits include a bamboo comb, socks, a dental kit, earbuds, earplugs, a sleep mask, skincare products from Lōli‘i, a sample packet of sunscreen, and tissues. Business class seats will also feature plush quilts adorned with the new signature Kilo Hōkū and ʻŌlali designs.

Additionally, passengers in Extra Comfort and Main Cabin classes will receive amenity kits featuring the Lele design, which includes items like an eye mask, earplugs, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissues.

Both United Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines emphasize that these new amenity kits align with their values of innovation, diversity, and sustainability. They aim to provide passengers with an exceptional experience that enhances their connection to their travel destinations.
