Hyatt Debuts Revolutionary ‘Be More Here’ Loyalty Program, Expanding Well-Being and Reward Choices Globally

Hyatt has unveiled its new ‘Be More Here’ loyalty platform, marking a significant evolution in the realm of guest experiences and rewards. This innovative initiative is designed to offer Hyatt guests more choices in rewards and enhanced opportunities to experience well-being in a multitude of destinations worldwide.

The ‘Be More Here’ platform is tailored to support individual well-being journeys of guests, providing them with a variety of unique approaches to not only feel well but to live well. This move comes in response to the growing desire among travelers for more present and meaningful experiences.

Key elements of Hyatt’s new loyalty platform include:

  1. MasterClass Collaboration: This unique partnership marks the first-ever hospitality collaboration with the streaming platform. Guests at over 350 Hyatt properties worldwide can access captivating lessons on health, wellness, arts, and more. The collaboration will debut at the Sundance Film Festival 2024 with a fireside chat featuring MasterClass instructor Issa Rae.
  2. Headspace Integration: Hyatt offers members and guests complimentary access to a selection of relaxing sounds from Headspace’s premium colored noise collection. This feature is available via the World of Hyatt App and in-room televisions at more than 350 properties in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  3. World of Hyatt FIND Experiences: Launched in 2022, the program now boasts over 500 global experiences in 55 locations. These experiences, ranging from outrigger canoe trips in Maui to fire-building in the Berkshires, are designed to enhance guests’ well-being.
  4. Reimagined Loyalty and Rewards: Starting January 1, 2024, the expanded World of Hyatt Milestone Rewards offers more ways to earn points for free nights, suite upgrades, and enriching well-being experiences.
  5. Expanding Global Portfolio: Hyatt continues to grow its collection of hotels and resorts, with over 35 new luxury properties planned across various brand collections. This expansion offers access to sought-after destinations worldwide.
  6. Acquisitions for Growth: The recent acquisition of ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ expands Hyatt’s portfolio, providing direct booking access to hundreds more boutique and luxury hotels, including in countries where Hyatt hotels are currently not present.
