Crystal has announced significant adjustments to its upcoming sailings in response to the ongoing conflicts in the Red Sea. The luxury cruise line is canceling the Crystal Symphony’s itinerary, initially scheduled from March 27 to April 13, 2024, from Mumbai to Piraeus. Additionally, Crystal is rerouting some segments of the Crystal Serenity’s 2024 World Cruise, ensuring the safety and well-being of its guests and crew amidst the current geopolitical tensions.

Despite these changes, Crystal assures that the overall length of the Crystal Serenity’s World Cruise will remain unchanged, with the journey concluding in Miami on June 8, 2024, as initially planned. The company is actively communicating with all impacted guests aboard both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, expressing gratitude for their understanding and patience during this period of adjustment.

The decision to cancel and reroute these sailings highlights Crystal’s commitment to prioritizing the safety of its passengers and crew above all else. Following their acquisition by A&K Group after the liquidation of parent company Genting Hong Kong, both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony re-entered service in the summer of 2023, boasting major renovations that have further elevated the luxury cruising experience offered by Crystal.
