Choice Hotels is intensifying its presence in the upscale hotel market with significant expansions to its Cambria Hotels brand. This growth spurt has elevated the total count to 74 properties nationwide. In 2023, Cambria Hotels earned the accolade of top upscale brand in the prestigious J.D. Power 2023 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, surpassing 18 other brands in all six upscale guest satisfaction categories. The same year, Choice Hotels augmented its portfolio with nine new Cambria properties and has plans to launch another nine in 2024, with additional expansions slated for 2025 and 2026.

The latest addition to this upscale lineup is the Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport, which officially opened on April 4, 2024. The grand opening was marked by a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony that highlighted the brand’s integration into local cultures. The event was a showcase of local flair, featuring handcrafted cocktails, local brews, and music from a DJ on a rooftop with panoramic views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Cambria Hotels are strategically located in some of the most desirable locations across the United States. Apart from Burbank, California, you can find Cambria properties in vibrant cities like Nashville, Austin, Detroit, and Portland, as well as in resort and mountain destinations such as Lake Placid, Copper Mountain, Colorado, and St. Petersburg, Florida.
