Raffles Hotels & Resorts, a brand synonymous with enchanting glamour and impeccable service since 1887, has revealed its plan to open its first-ever property in Tokyo. Positioned within the World Trade Center building, Raffles Tokyo will occupy the top 46 floors, providing unmatched views and direct access to notable city landmarks like Tokyo Tower, the Roppongi Museum, and Rainbow Bridge, along with seamless connectivity to Hamamatsuchō station.

The design, helmed by Layan, ensures that each of the 130 guestrooms, including 27 luxury suites, captures sweeping panoramic views of the city. The property will also host six exclusive dining venues, a modern fitness studio, a swimming pool, and a spa and bathhouse, all designed to offer a serene retreat from the bustling city life.

Omer Acar, CEO of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, expressed his enthusiasm: “Raffles Tokyo will represent a significant extension of our global presence, embodying the brand’s commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences through exceptional service, including our signature Butler Service. We are thrilled to collaborate with Tokyo Tatemono Co. and World Trade Center Building, Inc., who share our vision of setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality.”

Hitoshi Nomura, President and CEO of Tokyo Tatemono Co., highlighted the collaboration’s strategic value: “Partnering with Accor Group and Raffles, two leaders in global hospitality, aligns with our goal to establish a new landmark in Tokyo. This initiative will not only enhance the city’s international allure but also its competitive edge on the world stage.”

Chikao Miyazaki, President of World Trade Center Building, Inc., also commented on the strategic location: “The choice of Hamamatsucho for Raffles Tokyo is strategic, given its status as a major business hub and its excellent transport links, including proximity to the Shinkansen and airports. This development will undoubtedly boost Hamamatsucho’s profile and enrich the experience of both business and leisure visitors.”

Raffles Tokyo is poised to become a new icon of urban sophistication in one of the world’s most dynamic and culturally rich cities, enhancing Tokyo’s landscape with its unique blend of luxury and cultural immersion.
