Norwegian Cruise Line is redefining its customer experience with the launch of a new brand positioning called “MORE,” set to replace the existing “Free at Sea” package. Starting January 1, the newly named “More at Sea” package will expand its offerings, ensuring guests can enjoy an abundance of amenities without having to choose between them.

The revamped “More at Sea” package will include an expanded range of premium beverages, specialty cocktails, additional specialty dining meals, and more appetizers and desserts, fulfilling the brand’s promise that guests can enjoy “this AND that” instead of making tough choices. Additionally, each guest in a stateroom will now receive a dedicated WiFi login for 150 minutes, enhancing connectivity onboard.

Further enriching guest experiences, the package will continue to provide a $50 credit per shore excursion for the first guest, complimentary airfare for the second guest, and the opportunity for third and fourth guests to sail free on select voyages. Reflecting its commitment to providing more value, Norwegian will also overhaul its specialty dining pricing structure by replacing á la carte pricing with a flat cover charge.

David J. Herrera, president of Norwegian Cruise Line, highlighted the customer-centric philosophy behind these changes. “We have invested a lot of time listening to our guests and our travel partners, and we’ve found that what they want is to see more, do more, and enjoy more when they vacation with us,” he explained.

The cruise line is also enhancing its onboard entertainment options to offer more variety and appeal to a broader audience. This includes the introduction of a new Prince tribute show set to debut on the Norwegian Aqua, aiming to captivate guests with high-quality, engaging performances.

Additionally, Norwegian is set to launch a new mobile app by the end of the year, designed to streamline the guest experience from start to finish. The upgraded app will feature an intuitive search process, an easier check-in procedure, a more transparent folio view, and several other enhancements to make managing cruise details more convenient for passengers.

These initiatives reflect Norwegian Cruise Line’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in the cruise industry, promising guests not only a memorable vacation but also an abundance of choices and conveniences that enhance their time at sea. With these changes, Norwegian continues to stand out as a leader in offering comprehensive, all-inclusive cruise experiences that cater to the diverse preferences of modern travelers.
