Carnival Enhances Learn & Earn Training for Travel Advisors
Carnival Cruise Line is revitalizing its Learn & Earn training platform, a component of the Loyalty Rocks! program, aimed specifically at travel advisors. The updated platform now offers an expanded curriculum with over 50 video-based courses covering a range of topics from detailed ship overviews to the latest industry trends and social media training techniques.
Travel advisors engaging with the program can look forward to a variety of perks. For each course completed, participants earn double Loyalty Rocks! reward points, along with a 50-point bonus upon graduation. These points can be redeemed for a range of rewards including gift cards, merchandise, and exclusive Travel Agents Rock t-shirts.
Since its launch in 2019, the Loyalty Rocks! Learn & Earn program has seen significant engagement, with travel advisors completing over 500,000 classes annually and more than 10,000 graduating each year. Meegan Broussard, Carnival’s senior director of trade marketing and sales communications, highlighted the program’s role in supporting the rapid growth seen in the cruising industry over the past two years. “These updates to our training program will help travel advisors capitalize on the opportunities that this growth presents,” said Broussard.
