Vista America Clears XOJET’s Part 135 Fleet, Shifts Operations

Vista America has officially removed all aircraft from XOJET Aviation’s FAA Part 135 certificate, following the retirement of two CRJ200LRs and twenty-one Citation X jets, according to ch-aviation research.

The two 27.5-year-old Bombardier CRJ200LRs (N201XJ & N221XJ) were transferred to Tri-State Charter (Slate Aviation) in early March 2025, as VistaJet Group shifted its East Coast shuttle operations to an outsourced model.

XOJET’s 21 Citation X jets, which were listed for sale in 2024, have now been formally removed from the certificate. One was retired in 2023, while five exited in early 2024, with the remaining 16 withdrawn in late 2024. Many of these aircraft are now parked at locations including Red Wing, Van Nuys, and Greensboro Piedmont Triad International.

Despite XOJET’s fleet removal, Vista America continues operations under three other Part 135 certificates, managing 94 aircraft:

JetSelect Aviation operates 81 jets, including Challenger, Gulfstream, and Global models.
Jet Edge has 10 aircraft, including a Global 7500, G650ER, and G280s.
Red Wing Aviation now operates just three Citation Excels, down from 28 jets in March 2024 due to aircraft sales and fleet transfers to JetSelect.
This restructuring signals Vista America’s strategic fleet consolidation, focusing on higher-value charter assets and streamlined operations.
