With both concepts developed under the visionary Razzle Dazzle brand, the cruise line continues to redefine the dining experience at sea.

Acclaimed chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart are at the helm of Rojo by Razzle Dazzle, infusing the new menu with their ingredient-driven approach and innovative techniques. Their focus on sharable dining experiences promises to transform the way guests enjoy Spanish cuisine on board. One standout creation on the new menu is Morcilla’s legendary Oxtail Montadito, a dish that combines classic Spanish flavors with a modern twist, inviting guests to explore a fusion of taste and texture that epitomizes the essence of the new concept.
