Dubai’s Transworld Jets Launched by Airavat and Fly Sirius Rebrand

Dubai-based Airavat and India’s Fly Sirius have officially rebranded as Transworld Jets, aligning more closely with their parent company, Transworld Group. The announcement was made in a June 2, 2025, press release and marks a strategic move to consolidate the group’s aviation identity under one brand across key markets in the UAE, GCC, and India.

Ramesh S Ramakrishnan, chairman of Transworld Group, stated that Dubai and New Delhi will serve as the airline’s primary hubs, supporting future expansion in both regions. The rebranding reflects the group’s ambition to strengthen its unified aviation presence across its core markets.

Operational adjustments have accompanied the rebranding. Two of the company’s three Hawker 4000 aircraft and one Falcon 2000DX, all registered in San Marino, have now been placed under the air operator’s certificate (AOC) of SybaJet San Marino. Airavat previously lacked certification to operate within the UAE. The remaining Indian-registered Hawker 4000 remains under Fly Sirius’s non-scheduled operator’s permit (NSOP).

Previously, the two Hawker jets were managed under DC Aviation San Marino’s AOC. This transition to SybaJet is expected to streamline operations and regulatory compliance under the new Transworld Jets identity.

Earlier in 2025, Fly Sirius was reported to be in advanced talks with Textron Aviation to acquire up to twenty Citation Longitude jets. While the company confirmed it had entered discussions with Textron and other aircraft manufacturers, it has not disclosed further details on future fleet acquisitions. The move hints at continued fleet expansion under the newly unified Transworld Jets brand.
