Carnival Launches Funnel Faves Campaign for Travel Advisors

Carnival Cruise Line has introduced a new campaign called Funnel Faves, designed to spotlight and support travel advisors. The initiative aims to strengthen relationships, enhance business growth, and reward advisors for their ongoing contributions to Carnival’s success.

The announcement coincides with the promotion of Janet Wygert to senior vice president of sales and trade marketing. Wygert emphasized the central role travel advisors play in the cruise experience and Carnival’s commitment to celebrating and empowering them.

As part of the campaign, Carnival is expanding its sales team, adding new roles across field sales, strategic partnerships, and charter and incentives segments. Funnel Faves will also include a series of new engagement and connection opportunities tailored specifically for the travel advisor community.

To celebrate the launch, Carnival is rolling out four week-long promotions. Travel advisors can enter to win a cruise or a Carnival gift card by sharing personal stories on Wygert’s new Facebook page, highlighting why they consider Carnival a valuable business partner.

Additional rewards include the chance to win a hosted lunch from a Carnival business development manager, Carnival-branded merchandise, and double reward points for all new bookings entered into the Loyalty Rocks! rewards program.

Wygert noted that travel advisors are central to both vacation planning and the cruise line’s sales strategy. She described Funnel Faves as just the beginning of a broader effort to deepen advisor engagement and deliver new tools, incentives, and recognition opportunities throughout the year.
