ANA Holdings, the parent company of ANA – All Nippon Airways, has finalized orders for up to 92 new aircraft from Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer at the 2025 Paris Air Show. The multi-manufacturer deal includes firm purchases and purchase rights, supporting the airline’s growth and fleet modernization strategy.

The order comprises 24 Airbus A321neo and three A321XLR aircraft. Of these, 10 A321neo and all three A321XLRs will be delivered to ANA’s low-cost carrier subsidiary, Peach Aviation, which will become Japan’s first operator of the A321XLR. The remaining A321neo jets will be delivered to ANA, with deliveries starting in fiscal year 2030, and A321XLRs arriving from fiscal 2032.

ANA Holdings has also placed a firm order for 15 Embraer E190-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for five more. These aircraft are set to be delivered between fiscal years 2028 and 2032, marking the E2’s debut in the Japanese market.

The group further confirmed an order for 23 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners and 18 Boeing 737-8 aircraft, with options for four additional narrowbodies. Deliveries for the 787-9s are scheduled from fiscal 2028 to 2031, while the 737-8s will join the fleet between fiscal 2029 and 2033. Five of the 787-9s and ten 737-8s had previously been listed as options.

ANA stated the fleet expansion will enhance profitability on domestic routes and support international growth, underscoring its vision for long-term, sustainable leadership in the airline industry.
