Oceania Cruises is introducing a new gourmet dining experience aboard its newest ship, Oceania Allura, with the debut of the Gérard Bertrand Food and Wine Pairing Lunch. This exclusive six-course culinary journey will launch with Allura’s maiden voyage on July 18, offering guests a refined tasting menu paired with premium Gérard Bertrand wines from France’s Languedoc-Roussillon region.

Available to just 40 guests per seating, the experience will be offered on select days during each sailing at a cost of $175 per person, plus gratuities. The program will expand to Oceania Vista in September, followed by Marina and Riviera by 2026.

“At Oceania Cruises, we are always seeking ways to inspire our guests through immersive, discovery-led experiences,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer. “This partnership with Gérard Bertrand offers our guests the chance to explore fine wine and cuisine on a deeper, more personal level.”

The curated menu includes gourmet creations such as potato fritters with Sturia Ossetra caviar, duck and foie gras pâté en croûte, braised beef short rib, and Callebaut gold chocolate cake. Each course is paired with a hand-selected Gérard Bertrand wine, including Clos du Temple Rosé, Château l’Hospitalet Grand Vin, and the rare 1975 Maury Tuile Vieille Réserve.

This unique culinary experience blends Oceania’s passion for fine dining with Gérard Bertrand’s celebrated biodynamic winemaking, offering an elegant and educational journey for food and wine lovers sailing aboard the luxury cruise line.
