Seatrade Cruise, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) have announced a renewed partnership to support the cruise industry through the next decade.

The three leading cruise trade organizations revealed this week that they have signed a new 10-year agreement to extend their collaboration. The partnership will focus on advancing the global cruise sector through joint initiatives, industry exhibitions, conferences, and business events, including the flagship Seatrade Cruise Global gathering.

“This agreement reflects our deep commitment to collaboration across the cruise industry,” said Bud Darr, President and CEO of CLIA. “The next decade will be one of transformation, and we’re proud to move forward together—elevating global awareness of our industry’s innovation, leadership, and positive contributions around the world.”

The agreement is designed to strengthen industry alignment and promote sustainable growth as the cruise sector evolves post-pandemic and amid rising global demand.

Michele Paige, CEO of FCCA, emphasized the importance of the partnership for regional development: “This collaboration offers tremendous opportunities and continued growth for our partners throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America.”

By extending their alliance, CLIA, FCCA, and Seatrade Cruise aim to create a stronger platform for cruise line executives, port authorities, tourism stakeholders, and suppliers to work together on future challenges and opportunities.

The renewed commitment highlights the cruise industry’s focus on long-term planning, innovation, and global cooperation to drive tourism, sustainability, and economic development.
