MSC Cruises brought its acclaimed culinary expertise trackside at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, where three of its top chefs curated an exclusive dining experience for the BWT Alpine Formula One Team. Chefs Luca Cesarini, Xiao Wang, and Pasquale Puziello created a bespoke menu for the team’s drivers, pit crew, engineers, and VIP guests, showcasing signature dishes from MSC Cruises’ specialty restaurants.

The trackside menu featured highlights such as Hamachi and Ora King Salmon Sashimi with truffle teriyaki from Kaito Sushi, La Burrata with Tuscan tomato bread compote from Eataly, Misoyaki Black Cod with crunchy rice cake and wasabi beurre blanc from the Pan Asian restaurant, and Glazed Beef Short Rib with cauliflower purée from Chef’s Garden Kitchen. Guests also enjoyed Le Tagliatelle al Tartufo with Toscana butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, crab cakes from Butcher’s Cut Steakhouse, and decadent desserts including Il Tiramisu and Mexican Flan.

“This was a new and unique opportunity to showcase the creativity and skill of our chefs, bringing the same authentic gastronomic experience that our guests enjoy onboard to the racetrack,” said Stéphane Franchini, MSC Cruises’ senior director of food and beverage.

The event highlights MSC Cruises’ growing involvement with motorsport as part of its global partnership with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team. A Formula 1 global sponsor since 2022, MSC Cruises used the Italian Grand Prix to blend high-performance racing with luxury hospitality, demonstrating its ability to deliver world-class dining experiences both at sea and on land.
