Oceania Launches Revamped ‘Insiders University’ for Advisors

Oceania Cruises has introduced a fully revamped and rebranded training platform for travel advisors—Oceania Insiders University, previously known as Oceania Cruises University. The updated e-learning program offers a modern, streamlined experience designed to strengthen advisors’ product knowledge and reward them for engagement and bookings.
The new Oceania Insiders University features self-guided online modules highlighting the cruise line’s signature experiences, including its renowned culinary offerings, destination-rich itineraries, and exceptional onboard service. The program is completely free and available to all registered travel advisors.
Advisors can progress through three levels of certification—Core, Bachelors, and Masters—with concise, visually enhanced modules that make learning more efficient and engaging. Each level focuses on key brand pillars such as dining, destinations, accommodations, and Oceania’s guest loyalty program, the Oceania Club.
Upon completing all three levels and making three qualifying bookings, advisors can earn up to $750 in gift card rewards, reinforcing Oceania’s commitment to recognizing and supporting its travel partners.
The launch of Oceania Insiders University complements the line’s existing Travel Advisor Center, an online resource hub offering marketing materials, voyage calendars, digital brochures, booking tools, and direct contact information for the Oceania sales team.
