Mindtrip Unveils New AI Tools to Boost Hotel Guest Engagement

Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered travel platform Mindtrip, a PhocusWire Hot 25 Travel Startup for 2025, has rolled out a new suite of B2B tools designed specifically for hotels.

The solution, Mindtrip for Hotels, enables properties to deliver personalized recommendations for on-property and nearby activities, attractions and dining options. The platform can also respond to guest inquiries around the clock, helping hotels offer consistent service even during off hours.

“Travelers want recommendations before booking and during off hours, and hotels are not always set up to do that,” said Andy Moss, co-founder and CEO of Mindtrip. “Mindtrip makes all of their content actionable and bookable at any time of day. By implementing our suite of tools, hotels can engage guests before arrival and empower staff to meet each guest’s unique needs. It’s a win-win that strengthens loyalty.”

Hotels can integrate Mindtrip’s code snippets directly into their websites or use Mindtrip’s prebuilt page templates. Once active, visitors can ask questions about hotel amenities and local activities, helping drive experience bookings. The system sets geographic boundaries and prioritizes local partners to ensure relevant recommendations.

Travelers can also interact with Mindtrip’s conversational AI to get real-time guidance on both on- and off-property reservations and options.

Mindtrip officially launched in May 2024 following a $7 million seed round. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly, releasing tools for inspiration and trip organization, launching a mobile app in June, and acquiring Thatch in March. In 2024, the platform also introduced a receipt tool and another B2B solution, further accelerating its momentum in the AI travel tech market.
