Carnival Launches Funnel Faves Arcade Promo for Advisors

Carnival Cruise Line has introduced a new Wave Season incentive designed to reward and engage travel advisors through an interactive, game-based promotion. Dubbed Funnel Faves Wave Arcade, the limited-time program runs through March 15 and blends bookings, trivia, and online games into a points-driven experience with prizes, merchandise, and a grand prize cruise for two.
The arcade-style promotion invites travel advisors to earn tickets by participating in three core activities, all tied to Carnival’s existing Loyalty Rocks Rewards program. Advisors continue to earn their regular loyalty points for eligible bookings, while also accumulating arcade tickets that can be redeemed for rewards or used as entries toward the grand prize drawing.
One of the primary ways advisors earn tickets is through bookings. For every Loyalty Rocks Rewards point earned from eligible reservations, advisors receive 100 arcade tickets, directly linking booking performance to rewards. This structure allows advisors to stack incentives during one of the industry’s busiest sales periods.
The promotion also incorporates daily interactive games. Sea-Ball, Carnival’s digital twist on the classic ball-toss arcade game, gives advisors the opportunity to play once per day. Participants toss five virtual balls per session, earning tickets based on the total points scored. The game element is designed to encourage daily engagement while adding a lighthearted competitive edge.
In addition, advisors can earn tickets through Carnival Trivia, a daily quiz featuring three questions. Participants earn 10 tickets for completing the quiz, with an additional 80 tickets awarded for each correct answer. The trivia component reinforces product knowledge while giving advisors another easy way to boost their ticket totals.
Throughout the promotion, advisors can monitor their progress via the Arcade Dashboard, which provides real-time visibility into ticket earnings and activity. From March 23 through April 6, tickets can be redeemed for Funnel Faves merchandise, gift cards, bonus Loyalty Rocks Rewards points, and additional entries toward the grand prize.
The promotion concludes with a grand prize drawing for a Carnival cruise for two, departing from any North American homeport. The structure is designed to keep advisors engaged beyond the booking window, extending excitement into the early spring.
According to Janet Wygert, senior vice president of trade sales and marketing for Carnival Cruise Line, the initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the travel advisor community. She noted that Funnel Faves Wave Arcade is intended to elevate the energy of Wave Season while recognizing the critical role advisors play in creating memorable vacations.
By combining sales incentives with interactive gameplay and meaningful rewards, Carnival Cruise Line aims to strengthen advisor engagement, encourage repeat participation, and drive booking momentum during one of the most competitive periods of the year.
