RobosizeME Raises $2M to Automate Hotel Operations

RobosizeME, a startup focused on reducing manual workloads in hotels, has secured $2 million in seed funding to accelerate development of its AI-driven automation platform.
The round was led by SeedTwo Capital, with participation from Sparking Capital and BrightCap Ventures. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in the Czech Republic, RobosizeME is targeting one of hospitality’s most persistent challenges: time-consuming back-office processes that rely heavily on manual input.
The company’s technology is designed to automate repetitive tasks across reservations, finance, revenue management and guest services. By embedding AI-enabled tools directly into existing hotel systems, RobosizeME aims to reduce human error, lower labor costs and allow staff to focus on higher-value guest interactions and operational strategy.
“We founded RobosizeME to give hospitality teams their time back,” said CEO Stephen Burke. “This investment is a strong validation of our vision and traction. With the support of our investors, we will accelerate our mission to transform hotel operations by deploying AI-enabled automation that works around the clock and seamlessly alongside human teams, delivering measurable ROI for customers.”
Investors say the opportunity lies in modernizing a traditionally manual industry. Roger Sholanki, founder of SeedTwo Capital, noted that hospitality remains one of the most operationally complex sectors globally, yet many core workflows are still handled manually. He said RobosizeME’s approach delivers immediate returns by integrating automation directly into established processes rather than requiring operators to overhaul their systems.
Vlad Sarca, general partner at Sparking Capital, highlighted the founding team’s operational expertise and global ambitions as key factors behind the investment decision. He said the firm plans to actively support RobosizeME through its next growth phase as it scales internationally.
RobosizeME reports that its platform integrates directly with property management systems, reservation platforms and point-of-sale software. In one case, the company said its automation tools helped a U.S. hotel chain save more than $1 million in labor costs.
As labor shortages and cost pressures continue to affect hospitality, automation startups such as RobosizeME are positioning AI not as a replacement for staff, but as a force multiplier designed to streamline workflows and strengthen hotel profitability.
