Accor commands one of the world’s largest lifestyle portfolios with the closing of a transaction giving it a 66.67% share of lifestyle brand developer Ennismore. Ennismore founder Sharan Pasricha holds a 33.33% share in a company boasting 87 operating hotels with a pipeline of 141 properties.
