Accor’s UK digital hotel gives glimpse into future

The new Accor hotel at Ibis Styles London Gloucester Road in London is the French chain’s first fully digital hotel and heralds a changeover that’s expected to affect half of Accor’s North and Central American properties over the next five years. “This is not about robots or faceless technology, this is about the smart integration of innovative, customer-facing technology at pace and at scale,” says Accor technology executive Carla Milovanov.
