Across Resumes Phenom 100 Operations
Across (ACW, Toluca) has reintroduced the Phenom 100 into its fleet as of December 2024, marking a strategic move to revitalize its light jet operations following the retirement of two Phenom 100EVs in the first quarter of 2024. The newly added aircraft, registered as XA-FAR (msn 50000114), is a 15.2-year-old Phenom 100 that previously served in the United States under the registration N390VA. Prior to its recent acquisition by Across, the jet was last active on August 5, 2024, when it flew between Topeka Forbes and Moline. After that flight, the aircraft remained parked for approximately four months, indicating a period of inactivity that is now over as the jet is being reintegrated into active service.
On December 12, the Phenom 100 was ferried to Toluca, with its journey including scheduled stops at Fort Smith, AR, College Station, and Laredo. This ferry flight was a crucial step in repositioning the aircraft to its new base of operations. Since its arrival, the aircraft successfully completed a test flight on February 22, 2025, confirming its operational readiness and compliance with Across’s stringent safety and performance standards.
