Air France has introduced a redesigned SkyPriority check-in area at Terminal 2E of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, offering a more spacious and streamlined experience for premium customers. The updated facility, which reflects the airline’s ongoing move upmarket, is aimed at improving efficiency and comfort for frequent flyers and premium cabin travelers.

The new area features modern architecture and upgraded technology designed to speed up the check-in process. Air France agents are available on-site to guide passengers through their journey, while a larger self-service zone enhances convenience. By November 2025, the space will also include automated gates to further accelerate the process.

Dedicated lanes have been added for Flying Blue Ultimate members, Air France concierge clients, and travelers with reduced mobility, making the experience more personalized and inclusive. SkyPriority benefits extend throughout the terminal, providing priority lanes at baggage drop-off, security checkpoints, and boarding gates.

Eligible customers include Flying Blue members with Silver status or higher, and passengers traveling in La Première, Business, or Premium Economy cabins. The initiative supports Air France’s broader commitment to elevating the travel experience for its most valued customers.

This latest enhancement follows the airline’s recent debut of its new La Première first class cabin, which features an expansive, minimalist design in white tones. The premium cabin is currently available on select long-haul routes from Paris to destinations including New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, and São Paulo, underscoring Air France’s focus on luxury, comfort, and personalization at every stage of the journey.
