Airbus achieved another milestone at the Dubai Airshow with Turkish Airlines. The European aerospace giant confirmed an agreement in principle with the flagship carrier for a major order. According to reports, Turkish Airlines is considering an extensive acquisition, potentially including 355 new jets. The specifics discussed involve a mix of wide-body and narrow-body aircraft, indicating a major expansion and upgrade of Turkish Airlines’ fleet. This includes considerations for purchasing 75 A350-900, 15 A350-1000 wide-body aircraft, and 250 A321neo narrow-body aircraft, along with a fleet of A350F cargo planes.
