Aircraft Management Group (RVJ), based at Pittsburgh International Airport, has reintroduced the Citation Jet 3 to its Part 135-certified fleet, marking a notable return to operating this jet type after a four-year hiatus. The newly added Citation Jet 3, registered as N802LE (msn 525B-0299), was certified for Part 135 operations in November, as reported by ch-aviation research.

The jet officially commenced operations under the ‘RVJ’ code on October 10, making its inaugural flight between Washington Dulles and Albany, New York. This 16.1-year-old aircraft has a varied operational history, having been initially registered in the United States before being transferred to Canada in 2013 for private use. It returned to the U.S. market before joining Aircraft Management Group’s charter lineup.

This addition strengthens the operator’s diverse fleet of Part 135-certified aircraft, which now includes five Cessna Citation jets. Alongside the Citation Jet 3, the company operates a Citation Latitude, a Citation Sovereign, and two Citation XLS+ models. These jets are known for their performance, comfort, and suitability for private and business charters.

In addition to its Citation aircraft, Aircraft Management Group boasts a strong portfolio of Hawker jets under its Part 135 certification. This includes five Hawker 400XPs, a Hawker 850XP, and a Hawker 900XP, allowing the company to offer tailored solutions for a wide range of client needs.

The resumption of Citation Jet 3 operations underscores Aircraft Management Group’s strategic focus on fleet diversity and operational efficiency. With a growing and modernized fleet, the operator continues to meet the evolving demands of private aviation clients, offering exceptional service and reliability for business and leisure travel.

This move not only reinforces Aircraft Management Group’s market position but also highlights its commitment to providing versatile travel options for its clientele. As the private aviation sector grows, the reintroduction of the Citation Jet 3 demonstrates the company’s agility in adapting to changing industry needs while maintaining high operational standards.
