Airlines watch for business travel rebound

Southwest, American Airlines, Delta and United are among the major carriers closely monitoring business travel activity in anticipation of a rebound to match the return of leisure travel. “As we’re developing our plans and forecast for this year, we’re working to build an airline that can be profitable even without the full return of managed corporate travel,” said American Airlines CEO Robert Isom.
