Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 (AIX) will introduce a dedicated BizJet Interiors Zone, reflecting the rapid growth and innovation within the business aviation and emerging eVTOL cabin interiors market. The new zone will debut at Aircraft Interiors Expo, taking place from April 14 to 16, 2026, at Hamburg Messe.

According to RX, the organiser of AIX, business jet interiors are becoming an increasingly prominent part of the show. At the 2025 edition, 92 exhibitors showcased products and services tailored to the business jet sector, representing a 53% increase compared with 2024. The new BizJet Interiors Zone, located in Hall B1 Lower, is designed to respond directly to this growing demand from exhibitors and visitors alike.

“For years, exhibitors have told us they wanted a dedicated space to showcase the artistry and innovation happening in business aviation,” said Archana Dharni, event director of AIX. She described business jets as the industry’s testing ground, where new ideas and advanced solutions often debut well before being adopted in commercial aircraft cabins. Visitors to the zone, she noted, will experience concepts and technologies that are expected to shape the next generation of aircraft interiors.

The BizJet Interiors Zone will provide a focused environment for business aviation buyers, including operators, completion and refurbishment houses, designers, OEM and VIP procurement teams, and charter companies. Attendees will be able to explore the latest developments in luxury cabin products, advanced materials, seating, connectivity, and passenger experience technologies.

Several leading companies have already confirmed their participation. Jet Aviation will highlight its expertise in bespoke cabin completions, while Townsend Leather will present its premium upholstery solutions. Other exhibitors include High Tech Finishing, PolyStone Creations, and SNT-Group Oy, each showcasing specialised materials and interior components.

Digital innovation will also be a key focus. SmartTray and Timetooth Technologies are set to demonstrate cabin control and personalisation systems, while CTT Systems will present its environmental control technologies. Fokker Services will showcase its maintenance and modification capabilities for both business and commercial aircraft.

Beyond the dedicated zone, AIX 2026 will feature a broader business aviation presence across the show floor, with exhibitors such as Embraer, Joby Aviation, and Airbus UAM presenting cross-market developments. The event will also introduce a new designer runway, offering a platform for unveiling business jet-focused interior concepts.

With rising exhibitor numbers and increasing demand for highly personalised cabins, AIX 2026 is positioning the BizJet Interiors Zone as a central showcase for the future of luxury, VVIP, and next-generation aircraft interiors.
