Alaska Airlines and JetBlue are set to launch new nonstop services, expanding their networks and providing more options for travelers.

Alaska Airlines will introduce a new nonstop route between Atlanta and San Diego. This service will operate daily with a daytime schedule.

Flights departing from San Diego will take place in mid-morning and arrive in Atlanta in the late afternoon. The return flight to San Diego will depart in the early evening. These timings are strategically designed to facilitate convenient connections within Alaska’s intra-California network.

In the upcoming spring season, Alaska Airlines plans to offer a remarkable total of 37 nonstop destinations from San Diego, surpassing all other carriers at the airport. Their current nonstop destinations from San Diego include cities such as Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, San Juan, and various locations in Mexico and Hawaii.

JetBlue is launching a new daily service between New York JFK and Washington DCA. This route will feature three roundtrip flights in each direction every day.

Departures from New York will be available in the early morning, early afternoon, and evening. Washington departures will occur in the early morning, early afternoon, and late afternoon.

The JFK-Washington DCA route provides convenient connections at JFK for JetBlue’s transatlantic flights to Amsterdam and Paris, in addition to connections with numerous global airline partners.

JetBlue is also expanding its summer seasonal services from Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Martha’s Vineyard (MVY) and Charleston (CHS), commencing on May 25, 2023. These daily flights will continue to operate until September 6, 2023.

Currently, JetBlue serves Westchester County with year-round flights to destinations including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, and West Palm Beach.

These new services by Alaska Airlines and JetBlue reflect their commitment to enhancing travel options and connectivity for passengers across various regions.
