Alaska Airlines recognizes customer service “legends”

The 18 Alaska Airlines employees who were named “Customer Service Legends” this week include a lounge concierge, maintenance trainers and a ramp agent, as well as pilots and flight attendants. “This is my favorite day of the year because we get to recognize the people who care so much for our guests and do so much for our company,” said President and CEO Ben Minicucci.
