People are becoming more health conscious, which is bringing about a new trend of alcohol-free vacations. Beginning in September, the Sommerro hotel in Oslo, Norway, will offer an alcohol-free menu called The Prohibitionists, created by bar manager Loukia Blouti and inspired by the 1920s and 1930s.
