Allegiant Launching New Flights to Warm-Weather Destinations for Winter
Allegiant announced six new nonstop routes to popular vacation destinations scheduled to take off before the winter holiday travel season.
The new flights will launch throughout November and connect communities across the United States to popular vacation spots, including Nashville, Portland, Phoenix/Mesa and several Florida destinations.
“We continue to see historically high demand from leisure travelers, so we are thrilled to add these routes to our network and build on the success we’ve had in these markets,” Allegiant senior vice president Drew Wells said.
“As travelers look for warm winter getaways and a chance to connect with family and friends, we know they will appreciate the low-cost, nonstop options offered by Allegiant,” Wells continued.
Allegiant will debut new service from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to Nashville International Airport and Eastern Iowa Airport, beginning on November 16 and 17, respectively.
From Florida’s Punta Gorda Airport, the airline will connect to Bangor International Airport in Maine, starting on November 16. Allegiant will also launch flights from Melbourne Orlando International Airport to Lehigh Valley International Airport in Pennsylvania on November 17.
Flights from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport to Portland, Oregon, via Portland International Airport also debut on November 17, while service between Orlando Sanford International Airport and Minot International Airport in North Dakota launches on November 22.
To celebrate the flights to warm-weather destinations, Allegiant is offering one-way fares on the new routes as low as $40. Seats and dates are limited, and fares are unavailable on all flights.
