Amadeus to Integrate AppZen Auditing Tool into Cytric

Amadeus is partnering with AI-powered auditing technology provider AppZen to integrate with its Cytric booking and expense platform for a “Smart Audit” tool, the companies announced.

With the integration, companies and business travel agencies on the Cytric platform will be able to audit 100 percent of expenses in real time. AppZen claims it can audit 100 expenses in as quickly as 19 seconds, compared with up to 12 hours when manually audited by human auditors.

“One hundred percent of your expense reports are audited, including every line on the expense receipts and then auto-approved prior to payment,” AppZen CEO and cofounder Anant Kale said in a statement. “This solution will highlight detected issues, saving time, resources, and money for a company.”

AppZen already has integrations with expense providers including SAP Concur, Expensify and Emburse’s Chrome River. Cytric, meanwhile, in March announced an integration with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
