Amelia International (NL, Ljubljana) has signed a one-way code-share partnership with Air France (AF, Paris CDG) covering both of its independent scheduled routes, from Paris Orly to Clermont-Ferrand and Rodez. The Slovenian regional specialist, which is owned by France’s Regourd Aviation (Paris Le Bourget), has an established wet-lease partnership with the flag carrier. According to the ch-aviation fleets advanced module, it operates services from Orly to Aurillac, Brive-la-Gaillarde Vallée de la Dordogne, Castres, and Lourdes/Tarbes on behalf of Air France using a mix of ATR42-500 and E145 aircraft. However, its two in-house services have thus far not been integrated into Air France’s network. All of Air France’s frequent flyer benefits will also be extended to Amelia flights, as part of the partnership. Amelia International operates both in-house routes 11x weekly in its regular schedule, the ch-aviation schedules module shows. However, due to ongoing movement restrictions in France, it currently flies only 3x weekly to Rodez (using the Embraer regional jets). Flights to Clermont-Ferrand were suspended at the end of October 2020, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows. Amelia is the sole carrier serving Rodez on a scheduled basis. Clermont-Ferrand sees Air France services to Paris CDG, operated by HOP!, as well as scheduled Ryanair services to Porto. Separately, Amelia International announced that it would operate five scheduled flights from Clermont-Ferrand to each of Nice and Paris-Orly between December 19, 2020, and January 3, 2021. These services will cater to an expected uptick in domestic demand around the holiday period.
