Amenitiz Raises $45M to Accelerate AI Products and European Expansion

Hospitality tech platform Amenitiz has secured $45 million in a combination of Series B funding and financing, marking a major milestone in its mission to empower independent hoteliers with next-generation digital tools.
The round was led by Spanish venture capital firm Kfund through Leadwind, with additional participation from Thayer Ventures and Columbia Lake Partners. Existing investors—including Eight Roads, Point9, Otium, Backed, and Chalfen Ventures—also contributed, reinforcing continued confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.
Barcelona-based Amenitiz, which provides an all-in-one operating system for independent hotels, said the investment will support its European market expansion and the development of new AI-driven products. The company highlighted that artificial intelligence will play a central role in helping hoteliers automate operations, improve decision-making, and enhance guest experience.
Co-founder and CEO Alexandre Guinefolleau emphasized the personal motivation behind the company’s mission.
“My parents run a hotel, so I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is for independents to compete without the right tools,” he said. “The rise of AI and the digital transformation of hospitality create a once-in-a-generation opportunity for small hotels to leap ahead. This funding allows us to accelerate that mission—so hoteliers can spend less time managing systems and more time creating memorable guest experiences.”
Amenitiz last raised $30 million in its 2022 Series A round, after which it acquired hotel e-learning provider Ododo to strengthen its training and education capabilities.
Since then, the company’s footprint has expanded dramatically. Amenitiz has grown from powering 4,000 properties across Europe to more than 15,000 independent hotels, positioning it as one of the fastest-growing hospitality platforms in the region.
Investors say the company is tapping into a vast, underserved market.
“Independent hotels make up the majority of the market, but most tech solutions still ignore their needs,” said Lucile Cornet, partner at Eight Roads Ventures. “Amenitiz has proven that purpose-built software for independents can scale fast—and with 15,000+ properties already onboard, they’re redefining what technology can do for this segment.”
With fresh capital and a sharpened focus on AI innovation, Amenitiz plans to accelerate product development and expand deeper into Europe—aiming to bring modern, intuitive technology to thousands more independent hoteliers.
